I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist serving clients in Alberta and Ontario, with over a decade of experience supporting people through life’s harder moments. I show up to this work as both compassionate and honest. I’m not afraid to be a straight shooter when it’s helpful, while still holding care and respect for where you’re at.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be real and supported enough to try something different. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I work to meet you in a way that feels genuine and practical.

My work is informed by approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT/EFCT). IFS helps us understand the different parts of you that may be working hard to protect you, even when they leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or self-critical. EFIT and EFCT focus on attachment and emotional connection, helping individuals and couples move out of painful patterns and toward more safety, closeness, and ease in relationship. I often use these approaches with people who want to feel more connected to themselves, their partners, and their lives.

I work exclusively online, which means you can access support from the comfort of your own space. Occasionally, you might also catch a glimpse of my dog or cat in the background. They tend to make quiet appearances and are part of what keeps my workday grounded.

While therapy can be serious, I don’t think it has to be heavy all the time. When it fits, I bring a bit of humour into the process. It can help create connection, ease tension, and remind us that even in difficult moments, there’s still room to breathe.
